iRacing has a "track" called the "Centripetal Circuit". It's just a big open space with concentric circles painted on it that you can use to practice car control.
Formula Renault 2.0 at Interlagos (2021-04-09): I started 6th and finished 7th in this clean race without incident.
Formula Renault 2.0 at the Nürburgring Grand Prix Strecke (2021-04-01): I started and finished 9th in this race, which had an adventurous first lap. I spun going into turn 11 about a third of the way through the race, and three cars passed before I got back on track. Two of them were faster anyway, so I probably lost one position in the end as a result of the spin.
Formula Renault 2.0 at Laguna Seca (2021-03-27): [Video coming soon]
ARCA at Las Vegas on 2021-05-04: I started 7th and finished 6th in this race that was the top of 2 splits early Tuesday morning. I focused on saving tires this race, and at the end I was catching the cars ahead of me. The last 3 laps of the race are the highlight, starting at about 19:20 in the video.
ARCA at Gateway on 2021-04-24 (~25 mins): I started second on the outside pole and finished 5th in my first race with a new brake pedal. This track is the only one I've ever run in ARCA that requires very hard braking going into one of the turns. (Even Martinsville is not hard on the brakes.) The fireworks at the end of the race are nice.
ARCA at the Milwaukee Mile (2021-03-29): I started 6th and finished 5th on this very wide and flat track.
ARCA at Homestead Miami Speedway (2021-03-20): I started fourth and finished second in this race. Usually I struggle at the end of the ARCA races as the tires deteriorate, but in this one I got better (relative to the rest of the field) toward the end.
Indy Pro at the Nürburgring Nordschleife (2021-04-05): I started on the pole and led the field through the first few turns before the two fast drivers behind me went by and ran away from me. I finished 3rd, with an average lap time of 6:49, which is not very good, but at least below the "7 minute barrier".
Indy Pro at Iowa (2021-04-02): This was my first oval race in the Indy Pro. I finished 6th, mainly by not getting into any of the on-track incidents that produced 7 caution periods during the race. (If you watch the race video, each caution period is about four and a half minutes, so you can jump ahead 4 minutes after the yellow begins.)

Indy Car at the Twin Ring Motegi [~30 mins] (2021-05-21): I ran this race hoping it would be a good introduction to Indy Car oval racing, and it was. I finished 5th, running a straightforward clean race, avoiding incidents as a lot of cars made mistakes and crashed, dropping out of the race.
NASCAR Trucks at Chicagoland [~3 mins] (2021-04-11): Someone trying to wreck the car ahead of me at the start of lap 2 misses and takes me out instead, ending my race after just one lap.
Porsche 911 Cup at Road America (2021-04-03): This was my first ever race in a sports car (not an open wheel car), other than the Mazda that everyone begins with in iRacing. I started at the very back of the field in 25th place (on purpose, since I was a newcomer and just wanted to get familiar with the car and what races in it are like). I never passed a single car in competition, and I finished 11th. (In other words, 14 cars ahead of me all wrecked.) I almost had to race someone at one point, but as I was starting to put a little pressure on from behind, they crashed, and I went on by.
